How much is shipping?
If you spend $80 or more, shipping is free! If you spend less than $80, we charge a flat $6 rate for shipping.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 1-2 days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping after you receive your order confirmation email. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and your order may ship sooner. We are a human team and we are working as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been processed and shipped. If you do not receive an email notification within 3 days, feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot make changes to your order after it has shipped.
Please review and ensure the address you have entered as your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping costs if applicable) and ask that you re-submit the order with the correct shipping address.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately at this time we only ship within the United States. Feel free to contact us at email@example.com if you have further questions about international shipping.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for 30 days after your purchase if the item has 50% or more of the product left and is in its original packaging (minus any shipping costs). If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us your order number and a photo of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org. We address these on a case by case basis and usually replace the item free of charge. Please check out our full Return Policy here!
When will my order arrive?
We ship using USPS and they quote, but do not guarantee 3-6 days for domestic delivery. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any delays in shipping.
